THE BIG BLUFF
The Big Bluff is a Rock’n’Roll & Blues duo located in North West London. The band consists of Ilya Krumins guitar&vocals, drummer Matisse Tazans and, if Quentin Tarantino was a musician, he would be the bands double-bass guitarist.
The group has a raw and aggressively played blues and rock&roll sound which draws heavily from Americana genres and artists like Elvis and Dylan.
SCOWLIN OWL
Scowlin Owl are an all-female folk band, low on twee but big on drama and vocal harmonies.
They’re influenced by folk storytellers from the classic (Dylan, Baez) to the contemporary (Decemberists, Midlake). Any story or concept which inspires them may become a song – their setlist includes tunes about the 2011 tsunami, creepy preachers, frozen cavemen, the Japanese John Wayne, inter-dimensional travel in North London, and what Dolly Parton’s Jolene may have said in her defence. The Owls believe the human experience is best explained through story….

K.C. McKanzie writes songs. She uses an electric guitar and her voice to craft a story that will mesmerize and entertain you. Her style lies somewhere between the strength of P.J. Harvey and the subtlety of Gillian Welch. Coming from a folk background and having toured Europe for 8 years she now steps onto a new level of her artistry.
