*** Firestations ***

Alt-pop songs filtered through joyous surges of collective noise-making. On ‘The Year Dot’, the band has refined and expanded on a shared obsession – sketching simple pop songs then painting over them with drones, vocal harmonies, electronica and unusual rhythms.

“A record that sounds every bit worth the three years Firestations spent recording it, The Year Dot is the jumping off point for something very special for this most intriguing of bands.” For The Rabbits Blog

*** Videocean ***

Homemade music without the indulgence – restraint and generosity of spirit rule. Having shaped their respective skill sets touring and recording with other artists (Smoke Fairies, Viv Albertine), each member of the quartet is a compelling piece of the jigsaw.

“The group fuse psychedelia, soulful pop melodies and the lush, effects-laden sound of shoegaze” – Clash Music

*** Tanat ***

A DIY music project by Sarah Tanat Jones. She uses found sounds and pitched percussion-as-synth, looping beats and clicks into meditative, hypnotic patterns, and sings over the top with a love of harmony that stretches back to her earliest years.

*** Forced Fun ***

A rare live performance from Leyton’s number one entertainer. Forced fun for when your working day is done. Synth, drum machine, dark crooning.
