Flash Delirium & SON Estrella Galicia are teaming up to put on a flamboyant show that will celebrate the release of The Triple Point Of Water EP by the extraordinaire psych outfit Mandrake Handshake.
Multi-dimensional nine-piece spectaculars Mandrake Handshake showcase a music they call ‘Flowerkraut’: a hedonistic, brain-frying feast of Krautrock, art-pop and psychedelia, spiced with enigmatic grooves and fearless improvisations.
Fresh from a spate of festivals and nationwide headline shows, the Oxford/London collective release their second EP – ‘The Triple Point of Water’ on November 18th via Glasshouse Records.
Main support comes from Roscoe Roscoe
East London based five-piece Roscoe Roscoe are the newest iteration of psychedelic music to emerge from the prolific capital.
Their unique sound brims with glowing guitar tones and melodic, shimmering synths, self described perhaps slightly tongue-in-cheek as ‘a warm, floating dream’, as they are often on the edge of veering to something far heavier.
And For Breakfast will be opening the show:
“Cascading new-age synths and a twangy bassline are pierced by the trill of a flute as For Breakfast’s lead vocalist Maya Harrison sings about a mechanised monster on its last legs. Its gears grind to a halt and oil sputters out of its mouth as the song eventually crashes into a wall of EDM distortion”
