Head On Sticks presents Luiz Bruno & The Adult Children + Belle Royals + Doom Club

Limited tickets available HERE

Heads on Sticks proudly presents the first of a series of curated nights showcasing the “uncharted, offbeat, and bawdy in new music” featuring a mighty lineup headlined by Luiz Bruno & The Adult Children with support from Belle Royals and Doom Club!

Brazilian psych-freak oddball Luiz Bruno has been prolifically spouting expert cuts of surrealist-drenched art-rock for years behind acts like I Know I’m An Alien, Dévil Évil, and Mental Butter. Recruiting fellow misfits The Adult Children (complete with grinning theremist), Bruno and the gang score weird tales of late-stage capitalism, everyday anxiety, and vapes in anticipation of upcoming album Chicken Dinner!

From Tyneside and Wiltshire via Bristol, synthpunks Belle Royals craft highly frenzied blasts of experimental noise-rock spiked with idiosyncratic obsessions with Geordie culture, esoteric movies, and 90s football. Filled with renewed vigour off the release of their debut album Robustly Armenian, expect a proper mad one (an affection and affinity with Gateshead’s MetroCentre an advantage)!

Electro-slicked post-punks Doom Club offer mordant musings of everyday absurdity scored with sinewy no-wave and jerky beats.
