Body Orchestra are a new 4-piece ensemble eaturing composer/singer Vincent C Smith (Insecure men, Muckspreader, Pet Deaths, Fat Dog, Dan Lyons and the Tenants), drummer Seb Bloom (Gionatan Scali, Bande To Part) double bassist Sam Hollis (Modern Nature, Fraszer Merrick) and violinist Beth Elliott (Kassia String Quartet).
Combining the free improvisation of Ornette Coleman, folk ballads of Nick Drake, the deeply expressive textures of Tim Hecker and the intensity of Swans, Body Orchestra offer a diverse live set, exercising demons in their improvisation and haunting the audience in their songs.
