BIRDS FLYING BACKWARDS
Birds Flying Backwards are ‘quickly establishing themselves as the purveyors of nostalgic but timeless folk-rock reverie’ (Atwood Magazine).
After gradually releasing their singles throughout 2025 and early 2026, the band is now ready for the big reveal and show us the ‘pièce de résistance’ that is their beautifully crafted album.
PARTICLS
Orange satin, mirror ball… boar on the beach… here to dance… Hailing from across the UK and Brazil, PARTICLS formed in an impulsive haze at a Kerri Chandler set. Their first EP ‘Every Now and Then’ is out on 15 November, hot off the back of their new single – “a vague love letter to Frida Kahlo and bullet trains” – which premiered on BBC 6 Music this month.
THE MISTY
Having now written two full albums, they spend their time honing their sound in the attic of a famous guitar shop on Denmark Street. Their trademark : fifties and sixties four-part harmonies and reverb-drenched guitar parts, dipped into modern indie with a strong emphasis on words and lyrics.
