GLOOP UNIT
Gloop Unit are a four piece band based in London. Shaped by electronic outfits of the 90s, synthesised programming forms the basis of their sound, using sequencers and drum machines to create intricate rhythms that are then blended with guitars live drums and flute.
The combination is a unique sound that sits somewhere between the orb and king crimson as soaring synths accompany jaunty flute passages and often dancy drum patterns.
