Lugnut: Formed in the wake of the pit band for their college’s production of ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, Finn, Joel and Ben found a strong musical chemistry and decided to pursue efforts to be a band of their own.
They released their debut EP “Rustle Up the Gumption” in July.
Van Quan: A trio making very satisfying math-rock with art-pop sensibilities. Their noisy, high-energy performances bring intricate rhythms, big melodies and controlled chaos together.
