THE 150 FRIENDS CLUB
Here’s the story – when the David Goo Variety Band came to its natural conclusion, David Goo wanted to do something different.

After reading Dunbar’s theory that society works best in groups of 150 people, he concluded an audience of exactly 150 could be pretty sweet too. Smaller numbers, intimate settings, personal rather than alienating. The 150 Friends Club was born.

Rehearsals started in January 2013 after Goo called up some of his favorite musicians from around London. Almost immediately, it felt like a good thing – whatever it was.

David Goo – Vocals, guitar
Mariya Brachkova – Vocals, percussion, keys, design
Oliver Dacombe – Drums, Programming
Charlie Coulson-Smith – Bass

Plus a DJ set from Ola’s Kool Kitchen
The Kitchen will provide you with all you the sounds you need to get your knees up between bands. Prepare for hot fever to move your feet to a swinging beat. Steamy and very sweet for that Friday night shindig feeling!
