The Yes Mess – 10pm
We love this band! So much fun and musically fantastic. “The Yes Mess, an enigmatic, funky, hook laden five piece that rattle the same hallucinatory cages as the Beta Band at their oddest, with elements of Syd’s Pink Floyd in the mix.” (The gladstone.)
Merlyn Driver – 9:20pm
Merlyn is a singer songwriter from the Orkney Islands in the north of Scotland. He spent much of his childhood exploring the natural world, or making up songs in mysterious (and mostly fictitious) languages. From a young age he’s been fascinated by different kinds of music from around the world.
Roxanne de Bastion – 8:40pm
Roxanne’s songwriting is influenced just as much by her travels and experiences as an independent musician as it is by her musical heroes John Lennon, Ray Davies, Bob Dylan, and Judee Sill. She recorded her debut album with producer Gordon Raphael (The Strokes / Regina Spektor. Her first single “Red and White Blood Cells” has already been picked up by Tom Robinson on BBC6, John Kennedy on XFM, Q Radio as well as MTV and Radio Eins in Germany.

Winterfalle – 8pm
Under the Winterfalle pseudonym, 25-year old Jerseyman Sam Falle writes music dripping with vulnerability, powerlessness and heartbreak. Compared to Lightspeed Champion, John Grant and Foals at their most tranquil, Sam’s songs creep under your skin and make you shiver with recognition. New single ‘Deadbeat’ showcases Winterfalle at his spine-tingling best.
