/// Lydmor ///

Undeniably the star of the recent SPOT festival. Having toured as far as Brazil, China, the US and Japan, Lydmor has just finished a scorching new record that she’s crafted into a monster live show. At the recent NYC edition of Reeperbahn Festival, Consequence of Sound lauded her ‘hypnotic dance moves in a style reminiscent of Grimes or Lorde’, calling her ‘the boldest and most fearless of performers’. The new album I Told You I’d Tell Them Our Story is finished, and on it’s way. This is a superb chance to see her before it all blows up for album two… We genuinely cannot wait to see her show here in London! One of the most exciting artists we’ve seen in the last few years, and having had a sneaky listen to the new record, we can tell you, you’re in for a treat.

/// Reigning Days ///

Recently signed to the newly formed Marshall Records (those of guitar amp renown), they have already had extensive radio airplay, and support from BBC Introducing, Kerrang! and Apple Music (number one on Apple Music’s Rock playlist). Last year RD performed on stages at The Great Escape, Download, 2,000 Trees, Y Not, and Live at Leeds and toured with Feeder (Camden Roundhouse, Mancester 02 Ritz etc), Detroit rockers Wilson and Raveneye. For rock fans out there, you may be about to have a life moment.

“Rarely in the field of muscular rock has such promise been exhibited in four tracks” – Music Week

“Reigning Days draw on the continuum of sassy riff action that runs from QOTSA to Royal Blood. As long as Muse exist they will remain the country’s second biggest-sounding band, but their swaggering set suggests they’d view this as a challenge!” – Kerrang Magazine

/// Amy Lawton ///

Manchester’s 18 year old Amy is currently working with renowned writer/producer Matty Benbrook. Matty made his name as a writer producer having been instrumental in the development of artists such as Dido, Paolo Nutini and Jack Savoretti. Their collaboration to date is reminiscent of artists such as Lisa Loeb, Suzanne Vega or County-era Taylor Swift, and we thought we could hear some hints of Lene Marlin in there too. Another great early glimpse for you of a superbly promising new artist!

/// Bad Sidekick ///

Brand new, and in the middle of recording their first EP. A quick listen to the home demos will give you a pretty good idea of what’s in store here: Gritty, hook laden alt rock… there’s very evidently some Arctic Monkeys, The Kills, Dead Weather, Queens of The Stone Age and The Black Keys influence thundering around the stage. Ones to watch for sure, and a pretty damn strong way to end the night!
