Join us on Sat 13 August for Eclectrik! – our bi-monthly immersive music event showcasing live performances before late night DJ sets taking in House, Jazz, Afrobeat, Latin Rhythms
Our headliner this month is ALEH FERREIRA – frontman of legendary Brazilian funk band Banda Black Rio. His music originates in the crib of Afro-Brazilian culture. He’ll be performing a set of samba-funk fusion grooves accompanied by a full band.
Support comes from THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE who combine modern RnB with improvised jazz-inspired instrumentals. Key influences include Ronnie Laws, Thundercat, Dua lipa, Robert Glasper & Luther Vandross.
Opening up proceedings, LEWISLAND blend vintage analog sounds with digital frequencies to create real life anthems. Raised on Marvin Gaye and Anita Baker, Lewisland is on a soulful mission of exploring untold stories and painting unseen pictures through music.
After the live music Eclectrik! DJs Russ Jones & Jason Leung will take the party till late.
