For this August Bank holiday special, there will be an all-women takeover of Eclectrik! With International Women’s Day 2021 being interrupted by the pandemic, we will be throwing a belated celebration.
All profits from the event will be going to the Women & Girls Network. We encourage you to buy a ticket even if you can’t make it to help empower women through the work of this important charity.
Torch song chanteuse Mariska Martina will be performing live with her sultry tones providing the perfect accompaniment to a Sunday evening.
Expect everything from jazz to broken-beat, disco to funk and there will be a soca set by DJ Candypop, keeping the spirit of Notting Hill carnival alive until it’s return next year.
Rey will be back with his delicious Trinidadian treats to conjure the Nothing Hill vibe.
Eclectrik! is a bi-monthly immersive music event. It showcases live performances from both emerging and established artists then segues into DJ sets enthralled to the 4/4 beat of House music but will always stray to its disco roots taking in jazz, Afrobeat, Latin rhythms and funk along the way.
