SPIRITS OF SATURN
London new wave synth poppers, Spirits of Saturn, return to Paper Dress Vintage where they debuted their sound last year.
Sparked by the creative force of Superorganism member Early Sans (synths & vocals) together with Edmund Blackadder (vocals), Scott Docherty (bass) and the distinct, moterik, grooves of Elian Lion (drums). Whilst taking slight inspiration from Kraftwerk,Todd Rundgren, Daft Punk, Scott Walker, The Doors and Suicide, there is a future perfect disco pop feel to their synth led sound which brings a bright ray of hope amidst the current mood of doom, gloom and economic discontent.
The band have released four singles and aswell as numerous packed out headline shows in London, embarked on a UK main support tour with Temples last year taking them to legendary venues around the country such as KOKO, Brudenell Social Club, and Band on the Wall.
DRUM TOWER
A truly unique band that does a mix of post-rock, post-punk and a touch of hip-hop & psychedelia. They almost sound like Mac DeMarco had made a new musical project with Death Grips.
PYONGYANG
Hailing from the South of London Town, Pyongyang are a fabulous energetic electronica and post-punk band with some subtle middle Eastern influences to their sound.
