THE 286
A seven piece band from London, The 286 dare to cross the genres of indie rock and classical music. By clashing rock & roll riffs with cellos and violins, The 286 create a unique sound that you expect from a musical collaboration between The Beatles and Beethoven.
BLACK RIVER WILD
Black River Wild are a folk, rock n’ blues band delivering a stormy melting pot of foot-stomping floor fillers, plaintive ballads and captivating acoustica.
It’s a whisky-soaked, twanging guitar, dusty display of heart felt story telling of joy & sorrow.
Her music is powerful, passionate and soulful, adding a pinch of blues, a touch of northern spice and some husky rock and roll, like a layered cake, each revealing a different flavour, story and sound to her music. Her influences span from old school R’n’B and Motown to current artists such as KT Tunstall, Arctic Monkeys and Lianne La Havas that continue to inspire her and her lyrical creativity.
Plus a DJ set from ROBIN MURRAY (CLASH) who will be spinning a fun mix of Northern Soul, Mod, Jazz, Latin & Psych!
