Karousel Music x SESAC monthly industry showcase featuring a strong lineup of emerging talent.
Here’s a few words from the organisers..
“Monday September 12th, we’re hitting East London once more with our friends and allies at SESAC. Featuring three of Northern Ireland’s most magnificent new creations, and one of Australia’s greatest exports.
This is your chance to hear a premiere of tracks from the new Pat Dam Smyth album which is almost wrapped up, as well as one of the records we’ve loved most this last 12 months from Jealous of the Birds. Pete Gardiner‘s most recent track just premiered to rave reviews on The Independent’s website; and Emily Barker is an act of pure class whose last record with Applewood Road got 4 and 5 star reviews across the board in the broadsheets… she has a new one in the can, and is ready to preview for you at Paper Dress Vintage.
Get along and see why so many people are talking about Northern Ireland’s music scene. (Our friends at Help Musicians UK can tell you more about that…)
Discounted advance ticket available for BASCA, Featured Artists Coalition (Official), SESAC writers, Help Musicians UK staff and volunteers, and Musicians’ Union members.
Looking forward to welcoming you all back to East London’s coolest, friendliest, independently run venue – great music, craft beers, walled garden for smoking, tanning, chatting and falling in love.
Doors at 6pm for bar downstairs, 7pm for venue.
