We Used to Make Things – 10pm

We Used to Make Things are a London-based indie-pop-folk band. They come to you with big harmonies and a healthy respect for a melodic hook. Laced with warm, witty lyrics about dissatisfaction, personal politics and the kind of characters Mike Leigh and Pinter would be proud of. Their journey is in turn funny and poignant.

Ali George – 9.20pm

Ali’s beautifully controlled voice is deep and subtle with a gentle hypnotic quality to the delivery. In performance, the songs create an intimate, enthralling atmosphere underpinned by a superb guitar style that ranges from intricate finger picking to joyous syncopated riffs. He is a true virtuoso.

Office of Aurora – 8.40pm

Office of Aurora play hymnlike songs built around vocal harmony and intertwining instrumental parts. The London quartet make music about love and loss and life and death and the things between,

Sue Harding – 8pm

Sue Harding has a distinctive voice, and writes the kind of songs that draw you in and stay with you. She explores the “Americana” genre with genuine ingenuity. Sue’s writing is uplifting and very soulful.
Sue is joined on stage by guitarist Ali George. Together they provide a thoroughly engaging experience of interlaced guitar lines, beautiful melodies and dynamic musical interaction. Sue’s mix of thought provoking lyrics, joyous upbeat songs and heartbreaking ballads keep you guessing and wanting more.
