Ann Liu Cannon + Special guests

Limited tickets available HERE

Last summer saw the release of Ann’s debut album, ‘Clever Rabbits’ which draws its title from a Chinese idiom — “clever rabbits need three burrows” — referencing recurring imagery found in both Devon’s churches and Chinese cave art, creating a symbol of triad, of a whole. Recorded in barrows and amongst the standing stones with BRIT-award winning producer Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon, Laura Marling, Ray LaMontagne), they blended Anglo-Celtic-Chinese folk and digital synthesis with her classical singer-songwriter grounding, making for a poetic and adventurous debut.

Following the success of this record, Ann Liu Cannon retreated into the landscape of the winter and came out the other side with a whole new sound. Join us for a very special show of new music on July 8th.
