Poet and Artist/Activist Jim E. Brown was born in Didsbury, Manchester on September 10, 2001, just one day before the 911. He is an alcoholic and has several degenerative conditions.

Unified by desperation to create and collaborate despite the physical separation, House Arrest is a 5 piece Alternative Post-Punk band who celebrate individuality and freedom of expression. Fuelled only by a desire to bring people together and dance the pain away, they are prepared to unload whatever you need when you need it.
